Judi,

I just thought I would let you know that the audit has progressed well. The auditors
said that the files were very clear and easy to follow and I wanted to pass this
feedback to you.

New Changes for Jump!

February 28, 2014 in Jump News, Office, Staff

Jump Accountancy would like to welcome Sue who will now be working at Jump whilst Judi is out on contacts. She will be keeping Jump running and we hope she will enjoy her time here.

Sue has joined because Jess is leaving Jump and from now on will be working full-time for Perfectionist Projects. We wish her the best of luck in this exciting new opportunity and want to say a big thank you for all the work she has done for Jump over the last year.

As we are sharing the office with Perfectionist Projects Jess will still be around, so there will still be a familiar face if you wish to pop in! You can contact Sue on Jess’s old number which is 07925 408709. You can also contact Sue via email: sue@jumpaccountancy.co.uk, please direct any emails for Jess to Sue instead.

We hope you will continue to support us here at Jump and we look forward to where these new changes will lead us!

December 24, 2013 in Jump News, Office

Nights and Self-Assessment time drawing in!

November 14, 2013 in Jump News, Office

Well winter is certainly now upon us! Getting dark just after 4pm and cold frosty mornings! I do quite like the brisk mornings but am not keen on it getting dark so early, especially when it’s wet and windy too!

Judi is busy both running Jump and at her contract with 2020 Media Vision, I’m also very busy working between Jump and Perfectionist Projects. Plenty to do and I’m learning lots of new things!

Another reminder to start sending in your stuff for your Self-Assessment, which is due in January. If you would like us to complete your Self-Assessment for you then please feel free to contact us!

Employment Allowance

October 16, 2013 in News, Taxation

Every business in the UK will be entitled to take £2000 off their National Insurance Contributions bill from April 2014.

The Employment Allowance will reduce the cost of taking on new staff for small businesses, helping them expand and grow their business. For many small businesses this will wipe out the NIC’s bill completely!

Four adults could be employed on the national minimum wage without paying any employers NICs.

It will be simple to administer, all you have to do is register eligibility with HMR&C through your regular payroll processes, all done automatically here at Jump.

For more information or to talk about running your payroll through our services please do not hesitate to contact us.

It’s that time of year again..

October 2, 2013 in Deadlines, Jump News, Office

Well the weather is certainly starting to match the time of year! Miserable and dull and the nights slowly closing in, it’s definitely October! A reminder to clients to start sending in your stuff for Self-Assessments, although these do not need to be submitted until January, the sooner you get them to us the sooner we can submit it to avoid you incurring penalties!

If you are interested in us doing your Self-Assessment, please contact Judi on either: 07544 969924 or at judi@jumpaccountancy.co.uk, where we will be happy to help!
